Yes, we can. We charge $25NZD per kind to set your artwork up specifically for print. Files must be provided as packaged Adobe InDesign or Illustrator formats.

PDF proofs are not colour-accurate. Please refer to the Pantone Solid Uncoated Formula Guide for the most accurate reference point. It’s also important to note that Pantone colours are a guide. Paper and process changes can result in variations.
While we encourage people to use only what they need, (less is more), there can be economies of scale when ordering larger quantities. If your quantity is greater than what we offer here, please contact us.
From PDF proof approval, our turnaround times are:
2 weeks – print only (excluding Mix and Match)
3 weeks – with embellishments (letterpress, foil, emboss, deboss)
4 weeks – Mix and Match
No, you’ll need to place separate orders. We do allow multiple kinds, which have the same specifications. For example: the same size, paper, inks, embellishments.
Different kinds of the same order can have the same specifications (size, paper, ink, embellishments), but variations in the artwork. For example: your company’s cards all look the same, but every person has different contact details on their card.
No, you can’t. We’ve done everything we can to reduce our minimums so you only order what you need. However, there will always be requirements for setup with offset printing.
You can check your order status on your orders page. We send you a PDF proof prior to production with the estimated delivery date on the top right corner, and an email with shipping details once dispatched to you.
Unfortunately, no. Once your order is confirmed, we generally send it off on the same day. Changes aren’t possible, but you may be able to pause or stop your order before full costs are incurred. Contact us immediately to discuss.
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Orders cancelled before proof sign-off will be refunded in full. After the proof has been signed off, your refund will depend on the stage of production and cost incurred.

We offer offset printing and letterpress printing.

We source most of our foils from FoilCo or Kurz. We currently offer up to 20 different colours. See more information on our Sample Pack page.
We offer embossing, debossing, foiling, edge painting, edge foiling (90mm x 54mm and under only), die cutting, and mounting.
Our recommendation for best results would be 0.25mm.
Each paper we offer has an environmental accreditation. However, accreditation varies from paper to paper, including post-consumer waste, elemental chlorine-free, tree free and FSC.
All our products are made with our partners in China.
We partner with Trees that Count who plant native trees in New Zealand.
Each order you place with us over $100NZD, plants one tree, batched monthly with Trees that Count.
We encourage a less is more approach when it comes to ordering your cards.
Historically, offset print quantities start at 250 and encourage greater quantities per order. We’ve done everything we can to reduce our minimums so you only order what you need. However there will always be requirements for setup with offset printing. 100 is our minimum quantity order per kind.
Our packaging is all paper-based and recyclable, including the tape to seal our shipper boxes. Our Bossboards™ packaging has been designed to go beyond single-use, too, with reusable storage boxes.
